
Ingredients:1 cup wheat flour,1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup ghee, 1 cup water, 1 tspn elaichi(cardamom)powder, Fried cashews, raisins and almonds for garnishing.
Procedure:
Heat the ghee on medium flame in pan and add the atta to it. Stir continuously till it turns golden brown, make sure it does not burn.On otherside add the sugar to the water and heat it till the sugar dissolves in the water, once done keep it aside. As soon as the atta turns brown add the sugar water to it and stir continuously till ghee starts leaving edges.Now add elaichi powder and mix well.
Granish with dry fruits and serve hot.
